The right location at the show makes all the difference. Learn more about CPhI Worldwide allocation process and see how you and your company can benefit by choosing the right location at the show.

At CPhI Worldwide we use Allocation Points to offer you stand space . We call this the allocation process.

Allocating stand locations at CPhI Worldwide is based on the amount of Allocation Points an exhibiting company has. The more Allocation Points a company has, the more stand options available.

Allocation Points are earned as follows:

An exhibiting company must submit a contract by the deadline dates in order to receive the highest amount of Allocation Points for their stand contract.

Note: These points are used for the onsite rebook schedule and will influence your time slotto book your stand onsite for the next edition.

For 2018:

Until the 26thof October 2017:

Until 31 December 2017:

Starting 1st of January 2018:

Important: Allocation Points can be earned if an exhibiting company at CPhIWorldwide also participates in any of the following within a give 12 month cycle:

Note : Allocation points accumulate retroactively. This means points earned in prior years are retained and added to an exhibiting company’s current allocation points status.

The number of Allocation Points a company has determines their position on the Allocation Points list and therefore their time slot during the rebook process onsite . The Allocation Point list is updated yearly using the system mentioned above.

5 factors that influence your allocation points:

The above allocation process is only applicable for returning exhibitors to CPhI Worldwide booking stand space for the next edition . After the 26th October 2017, space is allocated on a first come - first served basis.

The New Exhibitor Pavilion stand bookings are booked on a first come first served basis.

The 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans development process is under way. Updating the Dietary Guidelines for Americans is a multi-step, multi-year process.

Overview

The process to update the Dietary Guidelines is under way. Learn More About this New Step (comment period is now closed)

A new step in the Dietary Guidelines development process was recently introduced. The Departments asked for public comments on the topics and scientific questions to be examined in the review of the evidence supporting the development of the upcoming 2020-2025 edition of the Dietary Guidelines.

The public comment period on the topics and scientific questions is now closed. During the open public comment period of February 28-March 30, 2018, more than 12,000 comments were received via more than 6,000 submissions to Regulations.gov. (Form letters accounted for 74% of all comments.) All submissions are accessible to the public on our page on Regulations.gov. The Departments will consider all public comments in relation to the criteria listed below in refining the topics and questions to be examined in the development of the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines. Next, USDA and HHS will post a public call for nominations for the 2020 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee. The areas of expertise needed will be based on the topics and supporting scientific questions identified by the Departments, resulting in a coordinated and efficient scientific review.

USDA and HHS will consider all public comments using the following criteria:

See the Proposed Topics and Scientific Questions

USDA and HHS have proposed topics for the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines within a life stages approach , focusing on priority scientific questions from birth through older adulthood. The 2014 U.S. Farm Bill mandated that starting with the 2020-2025 edition, the Dietary Guidelines provide guidance for women who are pregnant, as well as infants and toddlers from birth to 24 months. In addition to a focus on life stages, the topics and supporting questions for public comment reflect a continued focus on patterns of what we eat and drink as a whole, on average and over time.

The proposed topics and scientific questions are grouped by life stage as shown below. Note that for each stage of life, current dietary patterns, including intakes of food groups and nutrients, will also be described.

Note: The proposed topics and scientific questions provided below were posted for public comment from February 28-March 30, 2018. Public comments are currently under review by the Departments. Updates will be posted at DietaryGuidelines.gov when available.

Infants and toddlers from birth to 24 months (healthy, full-term infants)
